- Automated upselling by presenting pots and vases as standard during flower purchases.
- Transitioned customer service to Gorgias and implemented Loop Returns for self-serve returns.
- Utilised Shopify B2B catalogs to allow trade customers to see discounted pricing automatically upon login.
- Integrated Brightpearl as the central ERP to manage fulfillment, stock levels, and backend operations across specific warehouse locations.
