The Norfolk Mead is a boutique, luxury hotel but an ageing, non-responsive website was not reflective of the high levels of service customers receive so this had to be rectified. The hotel also offers a range of gift vouchers and needed to make buying these online a frictionless experience.
In order to deliver a responsive website, we needed to re-platform and the business now boasts a visually-striking online home which reflects their customer-first values. A bespoke solution was created for the relatively complex area of the hotel’s gift vouchers with the result being a simple, but effective, user journey.
