Quickfire Digital's Payment Terms

Our Payment Terms

Should the scope of the Services required by the Client change, then Quickfire (the Company) reserves the right to charge a reasonable additional sum for any further work which may be required based on the Company’s standard hourly rates (being £115 per hour plus VAT).

The Client is required to make payment of a non-refundable deposit as a percentage of the Fee payable (or, at the Company’s sole discretion, 100% of the Fee payable if the Client is a start-up business) before the Company will commence any work on the Services.

Should the Client fail to make payment of the deposit within 1 month from the date of signing the Agreement or, where the Brief is provided after the Agreement is signed, within 1 month of provision of the Brief, then the Company may terminate the Agreement by giving the Client not less than 7 Business Days written notice.

The balance of the Fee payable (together with any additional sums which may fall due will be invoiced to the Client which will be separately referenced in your contract.

If expressly agreed by the parties, the fee for the Services will be divided into a series of Project Milestones, each instalment of the fee falling due on successful completion of the relevant Project Milestone; or otherwise, on completion of the Services.

The invoice shall fall due for payment in cleared funds on the day of the date of the invoice.

All payments must be made by electronic bank transfer to the Company’s designated bank account and the Client is liable for any transaction fees which may apply.

Where the Client fails to make payment, then the Company shall be entitled to charge interest on the overdue sum from the due date up to and including the date of payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment.  Interest will accrue each day at 8% per annum above The Bank of England’s base rate from time to time, but at 8% per annum when that base rate is below 0%.

Unless otherwise specified, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in GBP.
